Food Science and Human Nutrition
My research focuses on the development of community nutrition education programs and the impact of these programs on health behaviors including dietary intake, physical activity, and more. Community nutrition programs include individual and group education classes as well as policy, system, and environmental interventions to improve healthy food access.
