Welcome/ Bienvenue/ Bienvenido/ 欢迎 ^_^
I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Astronomy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign expected to graduate in 2020. My PhD thesis focus on developing new models in hydrodynamic simulations to study feedback from AGN (active galactic nuclei).
I am interested in various topics in theoretical and computational astrophysics, especially high-energy astrophysical phenomena such as black hole accretion and jets, as well as galaxy clusters and galaxy evolution. My expertise lies in numerical simulations, computational fluid dynamics and data analysis.
My key philosophy of research is developing independent thinking and understanding astrophysical phenomena from a fundamental perspective.
Check out my CV here, and a list of exciting research projects here.
