Jean Hanks assists the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and the Assistant Provost for Educational Innovation. Her responsibilities include calendar management and processing of information received via correspondence, reports, email, and telephone. She is the liaison for the Vice Provost with units across campus, peer institutions, and external constituents.
