As the Associate Director for Capital Planning, Brian Bundren contributes to creating a culture of space stewardship on campus that aligns with the strategic space planning goals. This includes reducing leased space and improving utilization to compliment the campus’s sustainability goals, including space reduction and no net increase.
Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Mr. Bundren was part of the team in the University’s Facilities & Services Capital Programs division, which he joined in 2012. There, he served as Planner, Project Manager and, most recently, Senior Planner. He also previously worked for a local architecture firm as a Project Architect.
