Enrollment Information

Eligibility

You are eligible to participate if you…

  • are at least 18 years of age
  • currently practice family law or represent adult clients in child custody/divorce cases in the U.S.
  • have never completed SAFeR training

What You Will Do

  1. Complete an online survey before your SAFeR session or training module
  2. Participate in a virtual training session or view a presentation about working with child custody cases involving IPV
  3. Complete four additional online surveys (one immediately after your SAFeR training session, another one month after enrollment, another three months after enrollment, and the final survey six months after enrollment)
  4. Optional: Some participants may opt-in to complete two ~60-minute interviews

Compensation for Your Time

$20 for completing each follow-up survey (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months) and $20 for completing each optional interview

You will also qualify to receive CLEs at no cost to you after completing the SAFeR training
