Biography
Halie received her PhD in Informatics with Dr. Kukekova. Her work focused on the development of genomic tools for analysis of red fox behavior genetics. She also mapped genomic loci associated with variation in red fox behavior and regions of the genome under selection during the red fox’s transition from life in the wild to captive breeding.
