He is a Professor, Department of Electronic Engineering, Sogang University, Seoul, Korea. He leads Communications and Networking Lab.
He was on Sabbatical leave at Coordinated Science Lab., University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, from August 2014 to July 2015 and from August 2018 to February 2019.
