Dr. Xing Zhang graduated from the School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering of Shanghai University in 2021 with a Ph.D. in Engineering. From 2018 to 2020, she was an exchange doctoral student at AIBN, University of Queensland, Australia. In Sept 2022, she joined the group of Prof. Joseph Irudayaraj as a postdoctoral researcher to work on PFAS. She has been engaged in research on the impact of environmental pollution on human health for a long time. She has profound attainments in the characterization of atmospheric particulate matter and urban composite pollution, the molecular mechanism of environmentally persistent free radicals damage to the cardiopulmonary system, and epidemiological research on the impact of pollution on health.
