TICKET INFORMATION
Adult tickets start at $10 up until the end of the Illinois State Fair, then they will be $15 each if bought from the ticket link, or $20 at the door.
Tickets include entry, games, food (while it lasts), & prize tickets that can be used for outdoor gear or mentored hunts.*
*Must be present at time of drawings to win
Please Note: Hunt Camp is an event for adults. Children under 18 can come with you for free, but they will not get a registration packet, prize tickets, or be eligible to win prizes.
Event Details
Registration starts at 12 PM
The Educational Tables, Organization Tables and the Games will be going from 12 until 3 PM. The food will start at noon and go until we eat it all. The cookout fare is donated by the Illinois Conservation Foundation, visit them at Hunt Camp.
The NEW Early Bird Giveaway and Taste of the Wild will be at 2 PM. Five winners will be selected out of the first people to buy their tickets to win some awesome prizes. Get your ticket early to have the best chance to win. While this is going on try some appetizers made using wild game by the Illinois Learn to Hunt staff
The Iron Chef Wild Game recipe competition will be at 3 PM. Try some dishes made using wild game or wild foraged foods by the Hunt Camp Ambassadors and vote for your favorite dish.
Prize time for the Mentored Hunts and Outdoor Gear starts at 4 PM and concludes with the ever popular and EXPANDEDED for 2025 Final Showdown. Be sure to join or support the Outdoor groups at Hunt Camp for a chance to get into this special gauntlet of challenges to win something awesome. Big thanks to the Chicago Chapter of Safari Club International, The Kane County Chapter of Pheasants Forever and Scheels of Springfield for supporting the Final Showdown.
