Career Coaching

Are you looking to change your career or seek a new role? Do you need a resume review or help preparing for an interview? Are you looking to develop your leadership or management skills? iMBA and iMSA students have access to different levels of career coaching:

  • Self-Guided Career Management Series
  • External Career and Leadership Coaches

Self-Guided Career Management Series

Career Services has curated a series of resources to guide students through the process of managing their career and developing a strategy that they can implement and manage on their own.

Housed within Coursera, the series is spread over 8 weeks. Students can progress as quickly or as slowly as they wish. There is no fee to enroll in the series. The series is scheduled to be rolled out in Fall 2020.

Career Coaches

Students who require immediate, specialized or one-on-one career coaching may want to hire a career coach. The career coaches below work with clients on different aspects of the job search process, such as, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile, personal branding, interviewing, offer negotiation, and developing a job search strategy. Students should review and contact different career coaches to find the coach that best aligns with their needs and style. Each coach/service charges their own fees.

Leadership and Executive Coaches

These coaches work with managers and executives to develop and hone the skills necessary to excel in leadership and executive roles. Some of these skills include, communication, presentation, strategic visioning, change management, and leading with confidence.
