Biography
Chris Harbourt, Ph.D. brings over 25 years of agricultural and entrepreneurial experience to his role of CEO at Agrible. He has been at the forefront of incorporating big data into agriculture since the mid 90s, and he uses that knowledge to lead product conception and development. Through his work at Agrible, Chris strives to push what is possible using big data and to make tools to help agricultural companies and growers be as productive as possible. Chris was named one of Central Illinois Business Magazine’s 2013 Forty Under 40, is on the Champaign County Economic Development Corporation board, and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
