As you think about adopting any new digital tool for classroom use, you should also consider the following questions:

Is it intuitive and easy to use?
Is it accessible for all audiences?
Does it support use on mobile devices?
What are the registration requirements?
Is there a cost associated with it’s use?
Are user permissions easily managed?
Does the tool support real-time collaboration?
Does it support versioning and document history?
Does it identify who contributed what?
Does it support user comments and/or ratings?
Is it clear who owns any content created within or uploaded to the space?
is there a robust support community or help documentation?
How often is it updated, do features change regularly?
