The application page for the 2013 Midwest Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics to be held January 18-20, 2013, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
By completing and submitting the application, you are requesting a spot at the 2013 Illinois conference. If you are accepted, you will be asked to place a $25 deposit by credit card to reserve your conference seat. That money will be refunded to you once you have completed the pre-conference survey, attended the conference and completed the post-conference survey. Hotel, food and some travel costs will be covered by the conference. The application deadline is November 15, 2012, but we encourage you to apply early to ensure yourself a seat.
Rooms have been reserved at the Hampton Inn Urbana for all conference attendees. Each attendee will share a room with one other person. If you have a request for special accommodations, please email cuwip2013@physics.illinois.edu.
