Early this April, a story had gone viral about a man committing an unspeakable crime. He had gone Facebook live to show him shooting an innocent old man. The Daily Mail reported on this event stating that the last words the killer had said before he shot himself were, “I need my McNuggets!”. More than 300 calls were made to the police about the murder and the killer, Steve Stephens, had fled the state and was on the run and eventually found at a McDonalds in Pennsylvania. People deem his suicide as “cowardly” and as an “excuse to escape justice”. The man he had shot was 74 years old with nine children. The reason for the shooting was said to be a random act of violence after a fight with his girlfriend. Prior to the video, he had stated on Facebook that he was going to commit murder.
