For travel planning, our welcome reception is on Sunday evening beginning at 7PM. Sessions begin at 8AM on Monday and are scheduled to end at noon on Friday.

Parking: Ample free parking is available for participants who drive to the Q Center for the day. If you plan to drive a car, please notify Q Center via your lodging or day pass reservation. The Q Center is at 1405 North Fifth Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174.

Local Transportation from Airports: The best and most economical way to get to the Q Center from the O’Hare Airport is through the Q Center preferred provider, A-1 Airport Limousine Service, Inc. To pre-arrange local transportation through A-1, simply provide your flight arrival/departure information via the Q Center online reservation portal by the Q Center deadline.
IMPORTANT: If you are flying through Midway, be sure to mention this in the COMMENTS box where you enter your flight information.

Your cost for A-1 Airport Limousine Service will depend upon how many other guests are sharing the limousine service with you. Each person will pay A-1 separately.

If you provided your flight information via the Q Center portal, you will receive an email confirmation 72-hours prior to your flight departure. The email will also provide detailed instructions (similar to procedure PDF above) on how to connect with the limousine service upon arrival at the airport.

Directions to the Q Center

• The Q Center is approximately 35 miles west of O’Hare Airport
  • From the airport, follow the signs to the Northwest Tollway (I-90) west toward Rockford
  • Exit at Route 59, turning left (south)
  • At West Bartlett Road, turn right (west) to Route 25
  • Turn left (south) on Route 25 to the Q Center entrance opposite Country Club Road
• The Q Center is approximately 45 miles west of Midway Airport.
  • From the airport, take Cicero Avenue (Route 50) to I-55 south, toward St. Louis
  • Exit at I-355 north and continue to the junction with I-88 west
  • Exit on Farnsworth Avenue (north), which becomes Kirk Road
  • At Main Street (Route 64), turn left (west)
  • Turn right (north) on Route 25 (Fifth Avenue) to the Q Center entrance opposite Country Club Road
• Driving via the Eisenhower Expressway
  • Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) to the East-West Tollway (I-88)
  • Exit at Farnsworth Avenue (North) in Aurora, which becomes Kirk Road
  • At Main Street (Route 64), turn left (west)
  • Turn right (north) on Route 25 (Fifth Avenue) to the Q Center entrance opposite Country Club Road
• Driving via the Kennedy Expressway
  • Kennedy Expressway (I-94) from Chicago to the Northwest Tollway (I-90) west toward Rockford
  • Exit at Route 59, turning left (south)
  • At West Bartlett Road, turn right (west) to Route 25
  • Turn left (south) on Route 25 to the Q Center entrance opposite Country Club Road
