We are excited to announce the first Caterpillar HR College Case Competition!
The 2018 Caterpillar HR College Case Competition is an opportunity for students to gain real-world HR experiences by providing solutions and recommendations for current HR opportunities at Caterpillar Inc., while competing and learning from other students concentrating in the fields of Human Resources and Business.
We are currently accepting team case competition applications and would like to give Psychology students the opportunity to participate in this year’s program.
The selected Caterpillar business case will be distributed to all registered student teams on March 5th and students will have 4 weeks to develop the solution(s) that they believe will help address the business need. Final solutions will be virtually presented by student teams to a panel of HR professionals within Caterpillar on April 11 and 12, 2018.
The top three rated teams will be awarded cash prizes.
