| 9:00am-12:00pm | Implementation of design process in three phases: Discovery, Analysis and Action (with a break included) |
Participants are expected to stay through the design process of the symposium. In this process all participants will work together to identify gaps in the local food system and create solutions to fill the gaps. There will be facilitators to help participants move through the design process.
