The Ven Te Chow Hydrosystems Lab is a premier hydraulics research laboratory located in the top-ranked Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.  Our faculty are recognized leaders in both research and engineering in the fields of environmental hydraulics, sediment transport, computational fluid dynamics, and urban water management.  We specialize in developing custom solutions to engineering and research projects both for consulting corporations and governmental and higher education institutions.
