NOTE: Here’s a good place to describe:

  • Where lunch will be held
  • What food options are available (including, if possible, a link to ingredients for people with food restrictions or sensitivities)
  • Whether there is an a la carte cost for lunch or whether it was included in registration

Because lunch is usually not archival information, it’s included as-is in each of the day categories (defaults to Day 1, 2022, Day 1, 2023, and Day 2, 2023). It’s also not given the Conference Events tag.

However, if you want to keep a separate record of your lunch events (if, for example, you have a particular lunch speaker at a particular day), you may want to make separate lunch events and tag them appropriately.

When setting up the Timeslots, the start and end times were entered as 12:00 and 13:00 (i.e. 1 pm) using 24 hour notations.
