Notes and FAQ
*Invited talk time slots (including Q&A) is 45 minutes, other talks have a 15 minute time slot.
*You can use your own computer for talks, but please bring a backup of your talk on a memory stick.
*Maximum poster size is 4ft wide and 3.5ft tall.
*Parking is available at Hendrick House and Hampton Inn, for those staying at those locations. Let us know ASAP if you would like a parking spot at Beckman – we have a limited number of parking spaces available.
Hendrick House Notes and FAQ
*All of the rooms will have bedding, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and soap. You will need to bring shampoo and any other toiletries. Housekeeping can replace towels, washcloths, soap, clean bathroom, and room on Monday, June 3rd.
*Food will not be provided.
*Parking is provided and will be assigned by Hendrick House staff. The parking is behind the building. If you require parking, please check-in with front desk staff upon arrival to inquire about a parking assignment.
