Each semester, the organizing team plans workshops, collaborative work time, lightning talks, and coffee hour chats. Workshops are about 1 hour long and are an interactive overview of a planned topic. Collaborative work times are provided for members to work together on related content. Lightning talks are 5-6 short presentations from members about similar topics, with time for discussion at the end. The coffee hour chats are an opportunity to meet other members of the CoP.
