I’m often asked how one should prepare for this competition. That’s quite a tricky question because questions are designed to test not just integral calculus, but your mathematical ability in general.

The problems posed will not be long or far too complex. Put simply, they ask for the most elegant solution to a problem.

Since there is a time limit, you can work on memorizing some formulae (not mandatory) to work your way through a given problem quickly, instead of deriving relations. The following relations are helpful:
