Planning a visit to the herbarium?

Driving
The herbarium is located off campus in the University of Illinois Research Park. There are limited metered spots in the Robert Evers Laboratory lot with more available across Oak Street in lot E46.

Biking
Champaign-Urbana is a bike friendly community. Urbana was the first city in Illinois designated with Gold level Bicycle Friendly in 2014 by the League of American Bicyclists. You can visit the CU Bike Maps to find the best route and use the bike racks outside of the Robert Evers Laboratory.

Bus
Public transportation is affordable and convenient with multiple stops at Research Park. The ride is free for University of Illinois students, faculty, and staff with an i-card. Visit Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit  to find the best route.
