3D Printed Food!

This week I read an interesting article by Matt McFarland in the Washington Post. Not only does 3D printing technology allow us to create marvelous works of food art, such as the wedding cake topper shown, but this technology betters people’s lives with softer to chew foods, better nutrition, and sustainable foods.
