Octahedron

An octahedron is a polyhedron with eight faces. This week we printed one whose faces are all equilateral triangles, also known as a regular octahedron. We used the right extruder on the Makerbot and printed file octa2hollow. Since the print took slightly less than fifteen minutes, I highly recommend this product for demonstrations. Its a great classic. Penny for scale.
