Congratulations to our english team riders for a successful show show season and to those that qualified for and competed at Regionals at SMWC two weeks ago! We would like to wish good luck to sophomore Sydney Friedman and alumnus Kristina Slaby who qualified for and will be showing at Zones at Texas Tech!
- Sydney Friedman – Reserve Champion in Intermediate Flat, qualified for Zones
- Grace Garvey – 3rd in Novice
- Kristina Slaby – Reserve Champion in both Alumni Fences and Flat, qualified for Zones in both
The english team also placed 4th overall this season in Zone 7, Region 1, among many other great teams. First, great job to all our english team riders, especially through difficult times due to the pandemic! Second, we offer a huge thanks to our amazing coach Terri Foreman for all her time and for all that she does for our team. We would not be a team without her! And last but not least, we thank our wonderful english horse show coordinator Carson Tazzioli! She is a senior in Animal Sciences and will be graduating this spring. The english team will miss her, as well as her above and beyond service and dedication to the team in tough covid times, very much!
