Farm work

Today is the first day I work as a volunteer at Sola Gratia CSA Farm. I did weeding, weighting, and packing spinach. They are shipped to Champaign farmers market. The spinach is very tender and small. They are harvested from green house, and washed solely by water and centrifuged to remove surplus water. It looks very nice! The field work is hard!
