Yuting(Grace) Fan

Grace Fan is a 3rd year Ph.D. candidate in the Food Science and Human Nutrition department with a concentration in Human Nutrition. Grace received her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. Her research focus on analyzing the Human Milk Oligosaccharide (HMO) profile and maternal and infant health characteristics.

Stewart Montgomery

Stewart Montgomery graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Animal Science/Pre-Vet and a BS in Nutrition Dietetics.  Her previous nutritional biochemistry tutoring position along with research experiences examining leptin in Type I diabetic rats lead her to pursue graduate school in the Division of Nutritional Sciences. She joined the Donovan Lab in Fall 2021 working under Dr. Sharon Donovan and is conducting research with the Strong Kids 2 cohort.
