Welcome to the Disability and Movement Biomechanics Laboratory! We are a research laboratory in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health and the College of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Our research investigates the role of physical activity on upper body musculoskeletal development, movement biomechanics, and prevalence of pain and pathology in manual wheelchair users across the lifespan.
