Victoria Gomez is from Oak Lawn, IL. She completed her bachelor’s degree in animal sciences in 2019 and worked for the ASPCA in Urbana the following year. Victoria joined Godoy Lab in the fall semester of 2020 to pursue a Master’s degree in companion animal nutrition. Her research focuses on studying the nutrient composition of novel animal and non-animal proteins and evaluating protein quality for further investigation in canine and feline diets.
