Emanuela is a third-year graduate student in the Division of Nutritional Sciences. Her research focuses on functional ingredients such as probiotics, prebiotics, yeast products, and inositol effects in weight management, fecal microbiota, insulin sensitivity, oxidative stress, inflammatory biomarkers, and gene expression of adult dogs. She enjoys practicing sports and spending time with her friends and her dogs.
