This lab focuses on understanding how livestock respond to various environments, thereby facilitating adaptation.
Our research explores a variety of genetic information (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and epigenomics) along with environmental data using computational biology techniques to identify biomarkers that interact with environmental factors (e.g. diet, temperature, pathogens) and influence animal production, reproduction, and health.
