This lab focuses on understanding how genomes interact with environmental factors affecting animal physiology and leading to the adaptation of livestock animals.

Our research explores a variety of genetic information (genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics) along with environmental data using computational biology techniques to identify biomarkers that interact with environmental factors (e.g. diet, temperature, pathogens) and influence animal production, reproduction, and health.
