François Reichardt

I studied Physiology and Cellular Biology in France and obtained my Ph.D. in 2008 from the Strasbourg University, France. I was postdoctoral fellow consecutively in the Technischen Universität München (Germany), INSERM Toulouse (France), Emory University (Atlanta) and National College of Veterinary Science of Nantes (France). I am specialized in high fat diet-induced obesity and associated intestinal dysfunctions, gut microbiota dysbiosis and enteric neuropathies.

I joined the Anakk lab in May 2021 as a Research Scientist to focus on sex differences in the gut-liver crosstalk mediated by the bile acids-microbiome axis.

I love playing music during my free time.
