Before distributing the books, a deposit of $20-$50 per book (depending on the price of the textbook) will be collected by ASCE East Branch. If the books are returned in good condition at the end of the semester, the deposit will be returned. If the books are not returned, or are not in good condition at the end of the semester, the deposit will be forfeited to ASCE East Branch.

All components of the application will be reviewed and weighed equally.

Applications should be submitted to Kate Schmitt at kschmitt@f-w.com. Please put “ASCE Book Loan Program Application” in the subject line. All components of the application need to be attached to the email in PDF format. Applications that are not complete and/or do not follow the instructions stated above will not be considered. Applications received later than 5:00PM on Wednesday December 9, 2015 will not be considered.
