Administration Information Technology Services (AITS) builds and maintains University-wide administrative software applications and services for the three campuses of Chicago, Springfield and Urbana-Champaign. Faculty members and researchers use our systems to access class rosters, submit grades, prepare proposals and manage grants. Faculty members, Deans, Directors, and Department Heads use data from these systems through the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) for reporting on Student, Human Resource and Financial activities. Students use the Banner system to register for classes, access grades and bills, and check on financial aid. AITS collaborates with other units to provide Student, Financial and HR systems at the University including iBuy, HireTouch and TEM.
