Tuesday we were pleased to welcome Kerry Kartchner from the Department of State Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN) in a Skype information session on careers in International Security and the State Department. Mr. Kartchner has had a long career in nonproliferation, including working as a contractor for the Department of Defense, and with the Department of State with Russia on START I, and ballistic missile defense in Asia.

We were happy to have the chance to hear him speak.
