Campus Technology Services will be performing mainteance on the main network firewall to campus at 3 AM Friday October 23rd. This will mean that Moodle, LON-CAPA, and other websites hosted on campus, will be unavailable to people using off-campus internet services such as cable, cellular or other non-uiuc providers. Also during this time some features in Moodle that access outside services such as Turn-It-In and Collaborate may not function properly as well and LON-CAPA traffic will not be able to failover to non-uiuc servers.
The outage is expected to last 15-20 but a maintenance window from 3-5 has been reserved. ATLAS infrastructure staff will be monitoring the situation. Please contact atlas-tlt@illinois.edu if you have a situation that will require access to services during this time.
