About ACE Experiential Learning

The Agricultural and Consumer Economics (ACE) Department at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign believes in enhancing student experiences and resumes by adding “out of the classroom” immersion programs to their collegiate experience.  The ACE Department takes great pride in their experiential learning programs which allow students an added opportunity to gain leadership, communication and cultural experience that will help them navigate the global job market upon graduation.  Students across multi-disciplinary curricula and majors participate in ACE Dept. led experiential learning programs each year.  This site serves as a student-authored blog that tracks the studies and travels of ACE immersion programs.

These programs have been prosperous thanks to generous donations from college donors and alums who believe in the power of investing in Experiential Learning Programs for students.
