EPSY 220: Career Theory and Practice is offered in three (3) formats, each available for three (3) credit hours. There is the semester long, 16-week course offered in Fall and Spring semesters, an eight-week structure held during the second half of the Fall and Spring semesters, and an online section of the class that is held in a 16-week format during the Fall and Spring semesters and an 8-week format during the Summer sessions. While each semester introduces a new group of students and the experience in each section is unique to the class and the instructor, there are some tenants that run throughout EPSY 220.
