- B.Sc. (2006) and M.Sc. (2014) both in ECE from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.
- 2006-2014 worked at Si-Ware Systems designing analog-mixed signal circuits and systems specially for MEMS inertial sensors.
- Currently perusing Ph.D. in ECE under the supervision of Prof. Pavan Hanumolu.
- Graduate research assistant at Integrated Circuits and Systems group (ICs).
- Current research involves high accuracy depth image sensors, time-to-digital converters (TDCs), and power converters
