As of October 2021, I will be joining the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as an Assistant Professor. Multiple openings for postdocs and students are available. Feel free to send me an email if you are interested.

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Coordinated Science Lab at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, under the supervision of Prof. Tamer Başar since June 2019. Before that, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Princeton University, working with Prof. H. Vincent Poor and Prof. Junshan Zhang from August 2017 to May 2019. I received the M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2016 and 2017, respectively, under the supervision of Prof. K. J. Ray Liu. Prior to that, I got a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China in 2013. My research interests include optimization, game theory, signal processing, with applications to information/social networks.
