About me
Welcome to my homepage! I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate, supervised by Prof. Prashant Mehta, at the Coordinated Science Laboratory of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I received my MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. My doctoral thesis advisor was Prof. P. S. Krishnaprasad.
Research summary
My current research focus is on the field of bio-inspired soft systems. In particular, I am working on modeling and control of an octopus-inspired soft arm. My doctoral research includes studies on continuum models of flocking for explaining phenomenons like wave propagation and its applications in robotics. Check out my research page for more descriptions!
