I am Tanusree Sharma- 2nd year PhD student in the Informatics at School of Information Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My advisor is Dr. Yang Wang.

My research interest is in human-centered research in technology innovation for increasing usability and building user’s trust by algorithmic fairness and preventing privacy violations.  My research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to tackle arising security and privacy risks in distributed and ubiquitous applications. I am delving more towards hybrid research models, transformative technology, such as Machine Learning in user research to perform tasks involving more technical risk. I am interested in risk assessment in software security, blockchain technology, De-Fi,  Cloud/AI Technology.
