This is simply a reminder that there will not be Friday Free-Sparring tomorrow (March 1, 2019) as I will be traveling out of town for black belt evaluations.

During my absence, Instructor Landers will lead TaeKwonDo classes on the weekend (Saturday 3/2/19 at noon and Sunday 3/3/19 high-belt class at 11 am).
