About Me

I am a fifth year Ph.D. student in Statistics, being advised by Prof. Yuguo Chen. My primary research area is statistical inference in complex networks, including their multi-layer and dynamic variants. I am also interested in analysis of neuroimaging data obtained from both fMRI and in vivo Calcium imaging. My collaborators on computational neuroscience are Prof. Mark Reimers of Michigan State University and Prof. Michael Lavine of U Mass. Amherst.

Research Interests

Statistical inference in networks, Multi-layer and dynamic networks, Matrix factorization for data mining, Statistical machine learning, Data science, High-dimensional statistics, Dimension reduction, Robust statistics, Computational neuroscience.
