Requirements and Criteria:

Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for the full 2024-2025 academic year.
Be willing to share opinions and have discussions about the undergraduate student experience at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Foster an inclusive environment for others.
Attend meetings on time and communicate with project leaders and board chairs regularly. 
Participate in at least one large meeting per month throughout the 2024-2025 academic year. 
Participate in small group project meetings outside of large meetings.
Present your work as part of a small group at the end of the academic year (usually on Reading Day).

As a member of the Student Success Undergraduate Advisory Board, students will:

Provide feedback about campus programs, policies, and initiatives.
Gain leadership and professional experience.
Collaborate and engage in open and honest dialogue with students, faculty, and staff administrators from units across campus.
Develop skills in project management, data analysis, outreach, and learning how to pitch an idea in a professional manner.
Impact the future of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Student Success @ Illinois and thereby the experience of future students at the university.
Have a free professional headshot for the Board’s website that can be used for internship, job, and graduate school applications, etc.
Snacks are provided at each monthly Board meeting!
