Initiative Structure

The Steering Committee provided oversight and oversaw coordination and operations. Members came from the Provost’s Office and Student Affairs.

The Leadership Team provided guidance for the overall project; set goals and timelines; and provided vetting. Members came from the Council of Undergraduate Deans and Student Affairs Leadership Team.

The Data Group worked with task groups on data requests. Members came from the Registrar’s Office, Division of Management Information, Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning, Planning and Budgeting, Student Affairs, and Technology Services.
