Plan for responding to COVID-19
We acknowledge that the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak is currently affecting many regions of the world and likely a concern as you determine plans for travel to the Spin Caloritronics XI meeting in June. The current plan is to proceed with planning the meeting as scheduled, but we will make a final decision on April 30 whether or not to cancel. This should allow plenty of time to either hold off on making travel arrangements or to cancel any already made. We recommend that you hold off on any non-refundable travel expenses until after this date. The registration/abstract submission deadline is still April 15. If we decide to cancel the Spin Caloritronics XI meeting, then we will try to reschedule it for a later date.

Purpose
Spin caloritronics is the study of thermally driven spin fluxes. The community of scientists working on the topic meets annually in a series of Spin Caloritronics workshops. This meeting, the 11th in the series, will be held at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus June 8-12, 2020.
