If you believe that you have a conflict with the Final Exam, please read the university policy on fine exams.
To request a conflict exam, please follow these steps carefully by Wednesday, December 11 at 6pm.
- Send email to Professor Laugesen (Laugesen@illinois.edu).
- You must send the email from your university account (so that we can identify you and respond).
- The subject line must be Math 441 conflict.
- Include your full name.
- Describe the precise nature of the conflict (see again the university policy on final exams).
- Example: for a conflict with an exam in another course, you need to include the name of the other course as well as the professor’s name.
If you miss the sign-up deadline for the conflict exam then you might not be allowed to take it, and may have to take the regular exam or accept a zero score.
If your request for a conflict exam is approved:
We will email you by Friday, December 13 at 9am to tell you whether your request has been approved.
Time of the conflict exam: Tuesday, December 17, 7:00-10:00pm in the evening.
Room: 1002 Lincoln Hall. Only students who have been approved in advance will be permitted to take the conflict exam.
