Overview
A number of campus, Federal, State, private, and corporate sources provide funding to support the research enterprise at Illinois. The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation (OVCRI) can assist faculty and other researchers in identifying opportunities that will further their research goals. Faculty members also have a number of resources to support their sponsored research activities. Some of these units are part of the OVCRI portfolio, while others are part of the university administration.
